Loop sb. in 把某人拉进(对话/邮件/圈子)

To make or keep one informed about something.

eg. please loop me in on any developments.

eg. I would like to loop the xxx team in for further assistance.

Could you please advise on xxx 请你对xxx给予建议

Could you please provide any update on xxx? 请问您可以就xxx提供一下进展吗?

We are still in conversation with the internal team and try to respond soon. 我们内部仍在沟通,我们会尽快给予回复

Sorry for the push, however we are being chased by the client to deliver xxx, Appreciate if you could assist in getting the information at the earliest. 不好意思要发出催促,然而我们也被客户追着要兑现xxx,如果您可以尽快帮助提供信息,我将不胜感激。
